AI Search Signal is owned and operated by Lazza Holdings LLC. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Lazza Holdings LLC and the AI Search Signal service.
Information we collect
We collect the website, business details, market, competitors, and email address you submit. We also store scan results, tool inputs and outputs, account authentication identifiers, subscription status, allowance balances, Stripe customer and transaction identifiers, support messages, error logs, and limited technical information used for security and rate limiting.
How we use it
We use this information to crawl submitted public websites, generate and deliver reports and tools, manage subscriptions and allowances, provide secure dashboard access, process payments, send service messages, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and improve the service.
Service providers
We may send necessary data to infrastructure, identity and authentication, AI-analysis, visibility-data, payment, and transactional-email providers. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by us.
Retention and security
Reports use hard-to-guess private links and dashboard access requires email verification. No method is perfectly secure; do not submit confidential information through website fields. We retain reports, account, billing, and usage records as reasonably needed for delivery, support, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal obligations.
Your choices
You may cancel renewal through Billing & Plan. You may ask us to correct or delete eligible personal information through the Contact page. Some transaction and legal records may need to be retained. Legal rights vary by location.
