Agreement and operator
These terms form an agreement between you and Lazza Holdings LLC, the owner and operator of AI Search Signal. By purchasing or using a paid service, you agree to these terms, including the cancellation and refund terms below.
The service
AI Search Signal provides automated website-readiness analysis, Premium reports, and subscription tools that use public website information and supported third-party data. Results are informational and may be incomplete, delayed, limited, or unavailable.
Accounts and authorized use
You are responsible for access to your sign-in email and activity under your account. You may submit only websites and information you are authorized to analyze. You may not abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, resell access, share an account outside your organization, scan private networks, or use the service unlawfully.
One-time purchases
A Premium report is a customized digital service. Unless a subscriber uses an included or prepaid report allowance, its price is shown before checkout. Processing may begin immediately after purchase.
Subscriptions
AI Search Signal Starter and Pro are offered at the prices and billing frequencies shown at checkout. Monthly subscriptions renew each month and annual subscriptions renew each year until canceled. Each plan receives the monthly product allowances shown before purchase. You authorize Stripe to charge the selected payment method at signup and each renewal. Taxes may be added where required.
Allowances and add-ons
Included allowances reset at the start of each calendar month and unused included allowances do not roll over. Prepaid add-ons are charged only when you choose to purchase them, do not renew automatically, and remain until used while the account remains open. We do not automatically charge overages. A failed run that does not produce a usable result is restored to the applicable allowance.
Cancellation and payment failures
You may cancel renewal from Billing & Plan or Stripe’s billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and access remains available until then. If a payment fails or a subscription otherwise becomes inactive, new subscription-tool runs may be paused. Canceling does not delete previously completed reports or lawful billing records.
Refunds and service issues
How refunds are issued
Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method.
One-time reports
Each Premium report is customized and may incur third-party processing costs immediately. One-time report purchases are generally non-refundable after processing begins. We provide a full refund for a duplicate charge or if we cannot generate and deliver the purchased report.
Subscriptions
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge; cancellation leaves access active through the paid period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time or unused included monthly allowances, except where required by law.
Prepaid add-ons
Unused add-ons are generally non-refundable. We refund duplicate add-on charges and add-ons we are unable to credit to the account. A failed tool run is restored to the allowance instead of being treated as used.
Technical problems
If a technical error materially affects a paid result, contact us within seven days so we can correct, regenerate, or restore it. If we cannot deliver the purchased service, we will issue an appropriate refund.
Data availability and outcomes
Limited visibility, an unfavorable score, or recommendations you disagree with does not by itself qualify for a refund. You are purchasing analysis, not a guaranteed ranking, mention, citation, recommendation, placement, or business outcome.
Legal rights
These refund terms do not limit rights provided by applicable law.
Changes
We may change features, allowances, or future pricing. A price change for an existing subscription will be disclosed before it takes effect as required by law. Material term changes will be posted with a new effective date.
No guaranteed outcomes
You are purchasing analysis, not a favorable score or outcome. We do not guarantee rankings, AI recommendations, traffic, revenue, placement, mentions, citations, or business results. AI and search platforms change independently and may produce inconsistent results.
Third-party services
Payments and analysis may depend on outside providers. Their outages, coverage, and policies can affect results. When reliable data is unavailable, the service should say so rather than estimate it.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, security risk, nonpayment, or a material violation of these terms. Contact us if you believe a restriction was made in error.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and Lazza Holdings LLC’s aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service during the prior twelve months. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
